  1. Visit the Official NBI Clearance Website:

  2. Register an Account:

    • For first-time applicants, select "NO" when asked if you have a previous NBI Clearance issued from 2014 to the present.
    • Fill out the registration form with accurate personal information.
    • Accept the terms of service and complete the CAPTCHA.
    • Click "Sign Up" to create your account.
  3. Account Verification:

    • A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number or email.
    • Enter the OTP on the website to verify your account.
  4. Complete the Application Form:

    • Log in to your account and provide the necessary personal details.
    • Ensure all information is correct before saving.
  5. Set an Appointment:

    • Click on "Apply for Clearance."
    • Select the NBI branch where you wish to process your clearance.
    • Choose an available date and time for your appointment.
  6. Payment:

    • Select your preferred payment method from options such as GCash, 7-Eleven, or online banking.
    • Note the reference number provided for the transaction.
    • Pay the applicable fee, which includes a clearance fee and a service fee.
  7. Personal Appearance:

    • On the scheduled date, visit the chosen NBI branch.
    • Bring at least one valid government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, UMID).
    • Undergo biometric capturing, including photograph and fingerprinting.
  8. Claim Your NBI Clearance:

    • If there are no issues (e.g., name "hits"), you can receive your clearance on the same day.
    • In cases where further verification is needed, you may be asked to return on a specified date.
